Ideally if you are having active allergic reaction before 4 days of vaccination then should refrain from taking it. But considering the risk versus Benefit ratio, it is advisable to take. After vaccination you will have to be monitored for 30 minutes. Kindly consider discussing this with your Dermatologist and general physician at your place and then go ahead.
