Give her tab paracetamol 500mg 3 times in a day. And gargle with warm salt water 3 Times in a day. If fever persists for more than 3 days then consult me ok. Don't worry everything will be fine

Please let her be seen by a General Physician in your area. There are many diseases other than Covid 19 which can cause fever.
