I have taken covishield vaccine 1st dose yesterday at 3pm then at night got fever 99 so took dolo650 again in the morning at 12pm fever was 100 so took dolo again now it's 5.30 and fever is 101 not going Kindly consult

Dolo 650 u take upto 4 times a day.Do tepid sponging it will reduce temp a bit.Fever,myalgia these are common after vaccination.If fever persists then kindly consult a physician.
