Yesterday I have taken covid vaccine first dose covishield after 10 hrs of vaccination I have fever of 103 after taking calpol 650 3times a day temperature is going to 100 then again to 102 is this vaccine side effect what to do

The vaccine side effect is very normal. It might stay for 2-3 days before subsiding. Continue to take calpol when the fever is more than 100. Drink plenty of fluids. Take adequate rest. Do not stress or self medicate
