Hi Doctor.. I have taken covid vaccine today and when injection done , I have rubbed my hand. We can rub my hand or not. Can I keep ice or hot water bag on my injection hand.

No need of rubbing or applying ice . Just leave it as it is. If pain or swelling around the injection site u can apply thrombophob gel and plain Paracetamol (650mg) orally. Dont take any other painkillers.

If you have any pain at the site of injection apply ice pack For fever take Dolo 650 as needed
