Covid vaccine for renal transplant
Sir/ma'am My grandmother aged 70 is kidney transplant patient since 1999. She is also a heart patient (minute blockage in heart veins) . She is taking medication for both kidney and heart. I have attached the list of medicine. Kindly guide if she can take the covid vaccine or not? Which one should I prefer covaxin or covishield (both available) . Will vaccine affect her kidneys? Thank-you

Covid vaccination is safe for transplant patients and she can take it safely.  Both vaccines are equally good and any one can be taken.
