My brother age is 18 years and 2 months now. Can he taken the covid 19 vaccine now?. Any test done before vaccination for him. If he has fever/cough can he take the vaccine?. Please suggest me.

Get tested first since you have symptoms, and then if you are negative you can take the vaccine. If positive then wait for 90 days
