Kindly take the vaccination three months following recovery.  If vaccination is done prior to this period, the effectiveness of the vaccine will be reduced owing to the cross reaction of the vaccine components with existing antibodies.
Next Steps
You can take the vaccine abroad after 90 days. Carry all your hospital records abroad for reference.

Wait for 3 months. Eligible for vaccine After 21 st August You can go abroad and take the vaccine there. No health complications if you take the vaccine. But the vaccine will not benefit you as your body is still coping with the immune reactions from your actual infection.
