Hi drs i was tested positive for covid one month back and on 12th day i was tested negative and again after a month i have tonsils and pain in throat can i get covid again

Although unlikely that you get the infection again, it is not unheard of to get the infection again.. For now you seem to be having tonsillopharyngitis.. Take treatment for that.. Antibiotics, pain killers and gargles should be enough.. But just in case make sure you don't have any breathing difficulty and chest congestion

On seeing your pictures you are having tonsillar hyper trophy and infection called tonsillitis...this may or may not be Covid and requires antibiotic tablets as well as antibiotic gargling
Though recurrence or second attack of Covid is very uncommon but it is not proved that it doesn’t come again so better to rule out Covid along with the medication for your present problem
