Dear Doctor,I am having covid symptoms such as running nose and little fever and my mother just recovered from covid. My question is do I need to take test or can I take it as covid and start meditation with home isolation. Do I need to take ivermectin azytromycin or just paracetamol?

Isolate yourself Monitor oxygen saturation Go for RT PCR Paracetamol 6 hourly Steam inhalation twice daily Telekast L 8pm once daily for a month If cough then start azithral 500 once daily for 5 days Tablet zinc and tablet limcee once daily Consult for further advice
