I am suffering from covid since 23th April and my medicine was ivermectin 12 mg asythromicin 500 sinarest and vitaminc c doxycyline and after 2nd May my dr prescribed me omnacortil 60 mg for 3 days thn 30 mg 4 thn 20 mg for 1 week and after having first dose of omnacortil 60 mg last night my pulse is 90 to 110 permanently so what should I do

What is your general condition. Steroids are to be used only when patient condition is critical ,to tide over crisis.
Without knowing the condition of the patient I can't give advise.
