Covid related. Child 5ml once daily) ?

My husband has been detected covid positive yesterday. Currently he has some headache, and has lost the sense of smell. Nothing apart from that. He started having fever 6 days ago. Since then he has been home. Me and my 4 yr old son have also got fever for two days, then dry cough (son was sneezing along with fever). Son got symptoms around 2 days later and I got these symptoms day before yesterday. Since we all have shown similar symptoms and husband is confirmed covid positive, we have been considered deemed positive by local doctors. What protocols should we follow at home in general? Should I and son take any medicine apart from azithral 500 (once daily for me), A to Z Gold (zincovit syrup for child 5ml once daily)?
