CRP can be reported raised in any kind of infection and inflammation. And even covid reports may be false negative sometimes. So these 2 parameters can't be correlated so directly.

And start antibiotics after further investigation.

Keep taking Dolo650 for fever. You have to take plenty of fluids
CRP will com down gradually, it is not specific of Covid, it can be raised in any infection
