Completed 14 days of isoloation.. CT value was 29.81 in rt pcr test. No symtoms except mild chest pain for past 1 week. Attached are my reports. Should I end my isolation now Do i need any medication Do i need to repeat any test in future to avoid any complications

If u didn't have fever in last 2days ,u can end ur  isolation ,check spo2 levels ,and continue basic multivitamins ,vitamin c ,and mild yoga exercises..regula fluids intake, wear mask at home
