Covid related anxiety
I was treated for Covid 19 in April 2021 and was discharged after 12 days.My wife too who had comorbidities was treated like this.Later we were having tests and confirmed negative. Even 16 days back we had negative. Now we had attended a funeral today. We are worried we may catch covid again. There is no symptoms of anything. Just we had head bath thrice. Is there any chance of catching covid again? If want to be precautious, what medicines we can take. Please advise.

Do not panic. After we recover from an illness it's sometimes natural to feel vulnerable. Panic never helps. Have healthy food and drink lots of water, do some light exercise regularly. If you are feeling too anxious and unable to sleep you may consult me , otherwise you will do just fine .
Next Steps
Post COVID Illness needs followup.
