I was covid pneumonia positive on 6th may and became negative on 27th may....did rt pcr again for travelling purpose which came positive on 4th June......I'm having low grade fever 99 to 100. Can it be due to uti or throat infctn or gastritis or due to weather change? Or is it covid relapse? But I was tested positive last Thursday. Im feelings more anxious and I'm in other state so eating outside food from past 4 days. Currently I'm having urine burning and sore throat due to water change. It always happens with me when migrating. Plz help My blood reports were normal when i was tested negative
