Covid recovered-have fever after 1 month

I recovered from Covid recently. First time symptoms seen on April 9th. Started Covid medication same day after consulting a dr. Followed initial 5 days course. When fever did not completely subside on 6th day as well, got HRCT and Blood Tests done. CT score for HRCT was 6/25. Took Medrol 8mg for 3 days and Ecosprin for 5 days. After 3 days fever wasn't completely gone so dr recommended to have Medrol for 2 more days. After that fever had gone and I started feeling fine. Now for the past 1 week I get fever between 99-99.8 during the day. Fever is generally normal in the morning between 97.5-98.4, but goes upto 99.5 during the day. Today it actually went to 99.7 so I took Dolo today. I am getting a bit anxious. Can you please help and let me know if I need to get any tests done or take any other medicines. I am also having slight headache and slight dry cough. Please advise.
