She can go for vaccination there is harm in it, although offical guidelines for vaccination after 3 months but if available then go ahead with vaccination.

According to the government guidelines, Vaccine should be taken after least 3 months of the covid infection .
And for gastric problem
Tab. Esomac (40) : 1 Tab Once daily before breakfast in empty stomach for 7 days .
Have plent of water and dont worry.
