  4. Covid postive. Please suggest some med.

It's almost 14 days I have tested covid, that time I have lost my smell,now my smell is coming slowly and now little cough is coming with saliva and  is it anything to worry about 2 days before I have done test my CRP value is 5mg, and my ESR 15. Please suggest some med.
