Covid positive with 14 HRCT
Hi,My sister is Covid positive.we have done HRCT and the number was 14/25 . We have given fabiflu,doxy,ivermectin. As per doc. Suggestions. Her spo2 93-94 . Please suggest is if any other further investigation required?

no need to worry, she will recover ( all drugs are appropriate and best for her treatment)
Next Steps
monitor her spo2 and respiratory rate ( without her noticing, just look at her shoulder and count how many time she breaths in 1 min ) if her spo2 goes below 92 and respiratory rate more then 24 then take her to covid center or hospital admit Other test if you want so :- crp, d-dimer,esr, cbp, bt,pt,aptt,creatinine,bun

No need of further rtpcr or rapid test after she feels good ( feeling of recovery) if still you wanna know go for rtpcr don’t go for rapid test... as it will be +ve for 3 weeks or more
