have a healthy diet isolate your self dont smoke if you do if saturation is like 95-99 nothing to worrie your good its just anxiety if its paining and problem is not resolved just get an chest x ray done

Home isolation Hydrate well and milk with turmeric Do gargle with betadine/ salted lukewarm  water and steam inhalation (3-4 times a day) Monitoring respiratory rate, body temperature and oxygen saturation with pulse oximeter { at least 4 times daily} SPO2 monitoring - if below 92 admit to any nearby Hospital. Breathing exercises/pranayam {40-50mins daily}only if you feel comfortable Plenty of lukewarm water 3-4liter per day
