3.Tab Doxycyclin 100 1 tab BD x 7 day
4.Ivermectin 12 1 OD X 5day
Tab Limcee 500 1 Tab BD X 10day
Tab Zinconia 50 1 tab OD X 10 day
Monitor SPO2
Next Steps
If test report more than normal
if CPR >5 times of upper normal limit(UNL)
D dimer >2 times(UNL)
NL ratio > 3.13 times(UNL)
Chest X Ray Opacity
Spo2<95%
Respiratory Distress present then admission should be taken for injectable Steroids and injectable LMWH

if saturation is like 95-99 nothing to worrie your good
its just anxiety
if its paining and problem is not resolved just get an chest x ray done
Home isolation
Hydrate well and milk with turmeric
Do gargle with betadine/ salted lukewarm water and steam inhalation (3-4 times a day)
Monitoring respiratory rate, body temperature and oxygen saturation with pulse oximeter { at least 4 times daily}
SPO2 monitoring - if below 92 admit to any nearby Hospital.
Breathing exercises/pranayam {40-50mins daily}only if you feel comfortable
Plenty of lukewarm water 3-4liter per day
