In your case, home isolation and routine care can be taken. Please keep a watch out for symptom worsening and get the patient admitted if you feel the condition is getting worse. First of all in mild cases when symptoms not severe in that case ct scan is not required. Not even a need of blood culture reports in mild cases Ct scan 7 not to worry about it. It's define mind only Just treat the symtomps. Take course of antibiotics. Along with analgesic For more better couselling kindly contact me would help you in a much better way.

Plz go for Blood test for CRP , D dimer , PTINR  & ESR . Moniter SPO2 level every 4 hrs . Moniter fever and it's grade with temperature .

Hello mam happy to help you Kindly look for patient symptoms first High grade fever! Severe cough, falling sp02 and breathlessness! You need to be very vigilant as CT value can not completely tell you the patient condition it can increased also as the disease progress better to get all the investigations done especially on the day 6- 7 of illness! D dimer crp cbc il6 And count the day of illness always from the first symptom not test! Start the needed medicine for covid and investigation and plan treatment accordingly with co relation of both clinical symptoms and investigation. Thanks mam
