I was COVID19 positive. I have taken medicines for 10 days. Now, the medicines are over and RTPCR retest result received today is negative. However, I have weekness. Also, while looking at computers, I feel pain in my eyes. Kindly advise.

Could consider talking to an opthalmologist for detailed eye evaluation. Before that if pain subsides subsides by taking rest and analgesics then it's a possibility it's stress induced.
Next Steps
get tested for vision you might have myopia for which glasses can be prescribed (clue towards recurring pain and worsening vision.)
