I have tested positive for covid.My first symptoms have been shown on 24 April.i have recovered now and tested negative .It has been over one month.But today suddenly i got headache and sore throat again.And my stomach also hurts.Is this due to acidity or another reason

Headache and sore throat after one month of covid not common. Just monitor your pulse bp and blood sugar, if fever occurs then medicstion needed. For stomachache needed proper histroy before drugs
