Paracetamol (dolo650) is appropriate for mild cases... tablets your taking are appropriate for mild cases along with that government guidelines say Cetirizine
Next Steps
I want you to know your self weather you are a mild case or moderate one ... as the treatment for mild is different then moderate and severe cases... monitor your spo2 and respiratory rate
Health Tips
Symptoms subsided abruptly is not a good indication , closely monitor yourself... keep self hydrated, eat good , keep distance from loved ones and others.. if any further questions let me know
