I have brought Doxycycline (Antibiotic) / Paracetamol (Fever)/Sinarest (Cold)/ Pan 40 /Azithromycin 500mg (Throat pain)/Victim C and Vitamin D all the tablets I have.
I am have alone throat pain and nose block. My brother is having alot cough and cold.let me know which tablets we have to use.we are home isolation in one room on different beds.

For Covid..
Start Tablet Doxycycline 100 mg subh saaam for 5 days.
Tablet Paracetamol 650 mg 3 times a day if fever is not there no need to take paracetamol
Tablet Vitamin B complex daily 1 tablet 10 days
Tablet Vitamin c daily 1 tablet 10 days
Tabley zinc daily 1 tablet 10 days
Tablet Ivermectin 12mg after 2 hrs of dinner for 3 days
Tablet Pan40 in empty stomach every morning for 10 days
Don't Take Azithromycin and Doxycycline both .
Take steam with slight warm water with Karvol plus capsule.
Tablet Montina L daily one tablet for 10 days
Take Grilinctus cough syrup 2 times a day..

You can gargle with betadine 2% solution twice a day for relief.
Please consume vitamin D only if you are aware of your vitamin d levels (only if you have deficiency).
Get vitamin b complex tablets too.
You can consume orofer tablets(iron) along with vitamin c.
All multivitamins after food in the morning or afternoon.
Only if you have fever headache consume paracetamol (SOS)

check oxygen levels everyday with pulse oxymeter
monitor temperature
consult if any of the above aren't improving
Before starting the medicines , need to know the CT value, also do CRP & CBC & ESR, after we know the severity of covid then we can start treatment , as treatment depends on severity of covid disease
