He has mild illness just keep tracking the spo2 and continue the medications. And add some lung expansion exercises. If any other symptoms add up take a consultation.

If saturation fluctuates below 93%
Kake the patient lie down in prone ( on the stomach with pillows under the patients neck/chest/waist whatever is more comfortable ) position and ask him/ her to do deep breathing
You’ll see the saturation improve immediately on the pulse oxymeter
