COVID POSITIVE
Hi, My firstday of fever came on 13th may 2021,on dated 19th may I had tested covid RT-PCR and found positive. Presently fever and other symptoms have not seen since 22nd may to till date. So, I had again RT-PCR tested on 30th may and found same(positive). Because negative RT-PCR report must be submitH to our company. So, I don't understand when to do test again for negativity and when I will end of home isolation. Kindly suggest.

This is due to presence of inactive virus, home isolation is generally advised for a total of 28 days, you can try for an RT-PCR test again in about 10 days.

Nothing to panic here.. it is only dead cells which is showing in rtpcr now. You are not infective to others so you can end your isolation. Maximum for 28 days from symptoms it can show positive in some cases .
