You are covid positive for last 6 days and asymptomatic. First of all, you didn't need to do an chest X ray. Mild and early changes of covid 19 in lungs may not be seen in chest xray. Secondly increased bronchovascular markings have no significance in covid 19 pneumonia. It is a very common reporting which have observer bias means different Radiologist can report it differently. So, it is completely understandable that two labs have given you two different report. It is not uncommon and it is not worrisome.
Next Steps
Home isolation for 14 days. Check for fever, loose motion, breathing difficulty, unexplained generalized weakness, oxygen Saturation.
Health Tips
Asymptomatic COVID19 patients only need careful observation at home.
