From last sunday morning he has fever 100.9 and slight body ace ,head ace.. evening we did rapid agent test at home which is negative.. today morning I.e Wednesday we Gave rtpcr test which is positive.. but he is not having fever, cold,cough or body pains etc..pls check the attached report and suggest me..

If there is no symptoms no need of medicines right now. Remain in isolation at home, maintain hygiene and hydration, have kadha, tea, soup and simple home cooked food, wear double mask, take rest, check temperature and oxygen saturation from time to time and in case of any symptoms or breathless or oxygen saturation going down below 94, contact local doctor immediately.

In early infection there might be chance that RAT is negative because of less number of virus but RTPCR is diagnostic, so if its positive that means you have covid. As you might have started medications from morning synptoms might have reduced now. That doesn't mean you don't have covid. Isolate yourself. All family members to stay Quarantized for 14 days. Have healthy diet. Keep well hydrated Take complete rest. Monitor spo2 ,if it comes less than 95 better to get hospitalized. For medication, consult.

Depending on his current symptoms we can plan his treatment plan. As for now. Isolate Hydrate Rest Multivitamins Consultation advised if he is still having fever
