Covid Positive despite  Covaxin vaccinat
My fathers report is positive as we have a covid patient under treatment for last 2 weeks. He had fever for 2 days and throat pain last week but now he doesnot have any symptom No fever, no cough and no breathlessness. What should be the next course of action for him* CT value in his RT PCR is 24 and 25.

Hello!! Taking vaccination does not mean that you will not be infected. It simply means that the severity of the infection will be less. And since you have had a positive contact, the likelihood of inflection increases.

He needs to be quarantine ld, started on medication, follow a healthy diet and need to watch out for breathlessness. also, check his saturation levels everyday, even twice a day, if possible. Make sure it's more than 94%. If his oxygen level is less, you need to take him to a hospital.
