If fever is present, along with dry or productive cough need to start steroid after 7 days of symptoms .
As ur diabetic needs check ur sugar levels also while using steroid .
Need to add higher antiobiotic to decrease secondary infections if any .
Weakness will present upto one month . Need to take plenty of oralu fluids , high calories and protien food
