Covid patient
Hey Today is my 11th day of covid, mine case a really mild one ,I just had low-grade fever on the 3rd day and then it came down to normal after a few days. I never felt any sort of weakness and my oxygen level was normal too,I just have a little bit of cough now. So today I thought of doing some high intensity cardio (3 rope skips/second for about 9 mins) At the last of this session I was coughing more than I usually do and my session was cut short by a few mins too coz I felt slight burning like sensation in my chest. After the session my BPM got to 170-180 with a oxygen saturation of 96-97 I just wanted to know if this is something to worry about?
