Covid or other infection
Diabetic patient. 1st dose vaccination - 20th May, suffered fever, 25th May recovered. 1st June suffered Fever, 2nd June Rtpcr test - negative. CRP - 45 Medication - Augmentin and Dola. It helped, but fever continued. CRP - 23 and d-dimer - 800. 7th June started with Ivermectin, Ecospirin, Dola. Fever settled by 10th June. 16th June - fever started again, 18th June, CRP - 54. Went for chest x ray and USG for abdomen and pelvis. Started with medication as per doctor - Azithromycin and Cefuroxime. I would like to know if we should continue this medication course of 5 days and then go for CT scan to futher analyse OR go immediately with CT scan so that there is no further problem to her. Attaching XRay report for reference. Thanks in advance for the help !
