Covid or other infection. For reference.

Diabetic patient. 1st dose vaccination - 20th May, suffered fever, 25th May recovered. 1st June suffered Fever, 2nd June Rtpcr test - negative. CRP - 45 Medication - Augmentin and Dola. It helped, but fever continued. CRP - 23 and d-dimer - 800. 7th June started with Ivermectin, Ecospirin, Dola. Fever settled by 10th June. 16th June - fever started again, 18th June, CRP - 54. Went for chest x ray and USG for abdomen and pelvis. Started with medication as per doctor - Azithromycin and Cefuroxime. I would like to know if we should continue this medication course of 5 days and then go for CT scan to futher analyse OR go immediately with CT scan so that there is no further problem to her.
