Covid like symptoms. With 8 hours gap?

Hi, my father is having weekness, and previously have loss of smell and taste (which is now recovered), and stuffy nose for the last 6 days. Apart from his usual heart medications, he is taking Azithral 500 (once daily for the last 6 days), cilin 500 (twice daily) and pyrigasic 650 SOS. Now, from the last 2 days, he is having fevers which was not present previously. Its around 99.5 to 100.2 max. After taking pyrigasic 650, within half an hour he is fine, but it keeps returning after 8 hour. Now my question is, can I give pyrigasic 650 thrice daily with 8 hours gap? Please suggest me. Till now he does not have soar throat, ar high coughs, but the oxygen level while fever is 93 and when normal is 95-98 in oxymeter.
