Covid isolation
My brother in law get tested for covid 19 on 27may which came negative however later we found that he is positive and we isolated him with proper medication as suggested by doctor. It's been almost 18 days now since his isolation and his D-dimer is 1.05 as tested yesterday. Can we remove his isolation and get him back with normal diet and family gathering. Please suggest

Repeat RT-PCR before allowing family gathering. And Start Tab Ecosprin-Av 75/20 once daily at bed time as D-dimer is raised and continue Tab  Limcee and Zincovit once daily
