Covid antibody confusion. Antibodies?

Hi All I got covid in 2020 November and was on NIV for 2 days and hospital for 10 days, I got recovered and took my first antibodies test in April result was >400 and then I took covaxin on 28th May and took another test on 7th June result is 5870.6 don't, during April and may I went to hospital many times as my father too was on ventilator and recovered now and my inlaws who also got covid and mother in law succumbed tl the disease, I belive the antibodies of this no is this due to 1st dose of covaxin or any reinfection happened to me during the visits, or do I require second dose as one dr said you already had natural antibodies so you don't need a vaccine I am confused, also after I received the dose I did not get any symptoms is it because of already I had antibodies?
