Covid 19 vaccine taking confirmation.

I was in contact with my friend who had found covid 19 positive next day, but i had not symtoms but after 4-5 days i had minor symptoms of running nose and fever but after taking Crocin i became fit within 2 days, my question here is i am not known if i was covid positive or negative as i had not done PCR test when i was feeling bit feverish, my questions is can i take covid 19 vaccines now if yes, lets assume if i would have done pcr test that day when i was feeling feverish and i assumed i was covid positive but got recovered within two working days, is there any side effect of vaccine or is it harm to take vaccine where we are uncertain about if we were positive or not but we are assuming as per symptoms
