If antibiotic is required for covid treatment if there is no symptoms except lost of smell and taste ? Today is 7th day after 1st symptoms fever. Fever was for two days. No smell and taste for 4 days. Which antibiotic will be best for breast feeding mother ?

You don't need antibiotics. As you mentioned your symptoms comes under mild covid infection. Just hydrate yourself with water juices etc and take tab paracetamol 500mg for bodyache and fever whenever u required. If you have any alarming symptoms like breathlessness or continuous fever that need a further evaluation and covid medications.

Generally antibiotic is not necessary for all patients with COVID 19. But secondary bacterial infection needs to be ruled out with some blood tests and a chest x ray to advise further on this.
