Covid 19 related. Go for rt pcr again?

Hi My name is Murali Krishna and my wife name is Pravallika. We tested Covid positive on April 16th. We have admitted in hospital on April 20. We were treated in 2 hospitals and  We got discharged on May 9th. We gone RT PCR test on May 13th where we both still tested with positive having CT value of 32,31 successively. Known doctor suggested is to have CT chest for both, where my wife has 70-75% of pneumonia in her lungs and mine it is 10-15%. We visited pulmonologist and he suggested medication it is reducing slowly. Doctor suggested us to it will be risk to go to parents place as we thought go there. We are planning to go my parents house on 24th May as my current stay is in Hotel and my home is there in Chennai and we were locked in Andhrapradesh. By 24th May it will be almost 45days from the initial Covid positive result. Do we still able to transmit virus to others as we were in hospital almost  25 days and after that isolation for 20 more days?Do we need to go for RT PCR again?
