Covid 19 positive
My son is 2 year old he had tested covid positive on 3rd of this month but spend 14 days in quarantine i.e on 17th of this month  without any symptoms but from today morning he is geeting persistent dry cough without fever. what to do i am very scared is it sign of phneumonia...please help

Online consultation would be great since few things need to be clarified .plz check his oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter .it shud be more than 94 %,is he feeding well and passing urine 7  to 8 times a day ,and is his respiration normal I.e not fast ,then ok Now give him warm water with honey . U may add this syrup ....syr HH linctus junior 2 ml three times a day for 4 days . But plz consult dr once for further details .
