Coughing due to Covid 19

Asked for Female, 3 Years

My 3 year old baby is having spina bifida mylomeingocele is now having Covid 19 . As my husband had fever 3 day before and we bought Covid. 19 kit get to know the result is positive. Nxt day itself our son got fever for two days ...now it's the third day he having cold and having sound while sleeping... we used nebuliser with NS daily...And his sound has lowered a bit... while talking to us...And these three days he ate only milk and bread daily three tym... he had poor diet these days please recommend solution for this asap
