My mom dad have been admitted to the hospital due to Covid...my borther is also positive but he is showing minor signs like diarrhoea...loss of smell...muscle pain...he had fever a few days ago ...should I admit him or should I keep him in home quarantine ?...he is 25 with no comorbidities...he had asthma in childhood

Considering his age and symptoms he can be managed at home. However you have to monitor him regularly...check his temprature and oxygen saturation level using oximeter. Keep him hydrated well.  He can continue the symptomatic treatment what ever he is taking. If oxygen saturation level is dropping you have to admit him.

If there is a separate room with an attached toilet and someone healthy at home to take care of him as well as a medical facility nearby, in case of emergency then he can be home quarantined. Monitor oxygen saturation at home and be in touch with your doctor.
