Hi,
I had the first dose of covishield vaccine. I recently had the Covid 19- igG Antibody Test (Serum), it's level is 400.0H AU/mL. What does this mean?

The presence of IgG suggests that the infection or vaccination happened weeks to months in the past. It also suggests that you may no longer be infectious. IgG indicates that you may have some immunity to the virus, though you may not. How much it might protect you from getting sick with COVID-19 in the future is unknown.
Covid IgG antibodies presence is not an absolute indicator of immunity against the virus. It's been clear by ICMR that it should only be used for surveillance purpose.
