Hi,
I am having high blood pressure (150/105). I visited 2 doctors and one of prescribed Covance-25 and another doctor prescribed Telmikind AM. I read about both and found that both contained different salts. Which of the medicine is better and should I use?

One have losartan and another is combination of telmisartan +amlodipine .
Actually which to take and which not , more depends of your symptoms and Average BP and any other co- morbidity .

Every doctor should not prescribe you different medications. Guidelines are very consistent but prescribing in India isn’t. You should be on one salt for your age and if any other medical conditions.
