Stress and anxiety can be challenging to deal with, and feeling motivated can also be challenging at times, but there are some strategies that may help. Here are a few ideas: Practice relaxation techniques: Deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery are all effective ways to calm your mind and reduce physical tension. Exercise regularly: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and anxiety. Even a short walk or yoga session can help you feel better. Prioritize self-care: Make sure you're taking care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in activities you enjoy. Challenge negative thoughts: When you notice negative thoughts creeping in, try to challenge them by asking yourself if they're really true. Often, our worries are based on unfounded assumptions. Seek support: Seeking support from a mental health professional. Remember that everyone experiences stress and anxiety from time to time, and it's okay to ask for help when you need it.
Next Steps
If you are struggling to manage stress and anxiety or feeling demotivated, consider seeking professional help. A psychologist or counselor can provide you with the support and tools you need to stay on track.
Health Tips
Remember, motivation is not something that just happens. It is something you need to work on consistently to keep it going. You are deserving of love and care, even when it's difficult to believe. Reach out to a psychologist or counsellor. We can provide support and guidance to help you work through these emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.

If you are uncomfortable talking about it with others, that's okay. Writing your thoughts down will certainly help. Remember that sometimes you can let go and allow the universe to take its course.
Next Steps
Eat what you enjoy most and get some exercise. When ready talk to someone, a counsellor or an elder you can trust.
