Coughing up blood in phelgum
Hi Sir, I have problem of coughing up blood with phelgum with last 3 days. This happens only in morning and some times in night. Blood color is bright red. Before a week I had issue of tounsils which was so painful. After taking some hot water it turned into fine state.
I have also done some extreme exercise in zym after that day I was having problem of coughing up blood. Don't know what went wrong with me. Please help me.
