Coughing during sleep time

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My 3 yrs old daughter is having cough heavily during sleep time. Doctor has checked and confirmed the chest is clear. Suggested a syrup levolin 1mg . Giving this from 1 week but still no use. Kindly suggest

if your child is having cough and the chest is clear then it could be some allergic cough and for that some other medications could be given to suppress the allergic reaction
