My brother is currently suffering from coughing. Earlier he was suffering from fever (100 - 102 °C) with sore throat since 4 days. I gave him medicines which includes dolo 650mg and Azithromycin tablet twice a day and a cough syrup 1 tablespoon thrice a day. After that he recovered from fever. Now due to coughing problem he has gone through RT-PCR test and his result was positive. I even checked his Pulse Rate (90) and Oxygen Saturation level(97), but it was also normal. Details of RT-PCR test is mentioned in the attachment. Kindly suggest me some advice regarding this.

You didn't mention his age.
He is Covid positive. His RTPCR report must have been given to CMO Office. Please follow Covid protocol and manage him as per the guidelines.
Now that your brother is diagnosed with covid, and it has been 4 days since he is having sypmtoms, firstly don't self medicate. Secondly dolo 650, azithromycin, cough syrup are all symptomatic treatment. Recently govt of India has approved a new antiviral for mild to moderate patients and that can be taken with 5 days of symptoms so I guess I can be of some help to you. You can consult me here so that I can suggest you details of the treatment and precautions.
