Greetings to you. I don't like combinations of drugs in one . too many combinations of drugs. well 2.5 ml is ok. When you give by spoon, some amount is left in spoon. Next time give home made KADDA (concoction) of Indian herbs which is quite tasty and effective without side effects of drowsiness.

This syrup is for dry cough. Noise from chest means wet cough usually.
